Do u know this saying about an eyelash..?

there is a saying that is we keep our eye lash (which is naturally broken one) on the back of our hand and and make a wish and then blow it eyes closed the wish comes true....do u believe in that if u know.............(i knw this ques doesnt belong to beauty and styl..but there are more ppl in this)
