I need nasa congestion help? please?

Drink plenty of fluids to liquefy the secretions. You can use a nasal decongestant such as pseudoephedrine [you will need to sign for it at the pharmacy counter] which will give immediate relief. You can also use guafensin {spelling} to liquefy the secretions. Guafensin is in Robitussin and like cough syrups but you don't want it with other ingredients. Increase the humidity in the room where you sleep by running the shower for ten minutes before bed and wetting towel and hanging it over a chair [or similar]. Mostly just have patience; the congestion will take time to go away.
