Painful Ribs!! What could it be?

I've had severe bronchitis a little over 2 weeks now. I've been on anti-biotics and i am getting a little better. But 4 days ago, I've noticed my ribs on the right side of my body have been hurting. It feels like when you have a big bruise. I looked in the mirror and saw nothing odd. Everything looks the same except it feels like my ribs are being smashed. Today, I noticed that now i have pain on both sides of my ribs but my right side is still more painful. It hurts more when i cough and when i inhale deeply. Is it possible to fracture or bruise your ribs from coughing too hard ociated with bronchitis??
