My desktop advent qc5003 computer turned itself of whilst I was using it.....?

...when I turn it on now I get three longish beeps ( 2ish seconds long) and no response on the mouse or keyboard (no lights on either) and nothing on the screen. The motherboard is a Intel DG45ID.
