Why are so many people having children out of wedlock?

Due to the lack of parental control. Most of the children born out of wedlock now are to underage girls. Both to minorities and not. Parents need to play a more active part in instilling values into their children both males and females. Don't get me wrong I'm not saying that is true in every case but it is in the majority. If parents would pay attention to the who, what ,when , where, why, and how of their children there would be a decrease in unwanted and underage pregnancies.
