BOY TROUBLE!!! HELPP!?

Before, I start I'm only writing this question to see opinions from people. Okay, so I have been having some boy troubles. There is this one guy I like and I don't know if he likes me back. When I walk to school, everyday he stares out his bus window at me. When we go down to spanish he looks at me. Sometimes he mimics me at recess. (7TH GRADE). One day when we were putting our trays away from lunch our hands almost touched. I know this isn't alot of info but judging from what I have, does it sound like he has a crush on me?
