What do evolution theory and Big bang theory say about this?

Are you being serious? Rainbows aren't living creatures, so they don't evolve. I'd explain it, but I need to do other things. Look up any article on the internet that describes how rainbows form and you'll see that they can be explained without any reference to God whatsoever.
