What city does MCR stand for on the back of Gio Goi clothing?

I have many friends with Gio-Goi t-shirts and on the back and on the inside label they have 4 city names shortened. LDN (London), TKO (Tokyo), NYC (New York City) and then MCR but i cant work out which city MCR stands for. Any help will do please. Thanks (:
