My nose is stopped up and my head is so congested, what can i do about it for now?

I have a sore throat from yelling a lot yesterday at my school's rally and along with it came a snotty nose, a stopped up nose.Its almost 12:45 here and all the local stores are closed besides 7-11 but both my parents went to bed. I already took some sinus medication, but its still not working...What can I do until tomorrow about it? I tried going to sleep, but it was way too hard because I can't really breath and my mom said just sit up and wait for the medicine to kick in.
