I put honey on my infants pacifier a few times, and just read that honey is not good for them, whats the risk?

Unfortunately parents are being brainwashed by "The Doctors of America into believing that pretty much everything is bad of your baby. Now, I will tell you that anything in large quantities isn't healthy although a little bit of honey is not going to hurt your infant. These are the same people that every other year make a decision that milk is all of a sudden bad for you...please! Then the next year they tell you to drink milk because it is great for you! Point taken? I just read that lung cancer is becoming a lot more common in Non-smokers as well. I guess the statistics and the warnings aren't as right as we think they are sometimes. My point is, you have a motherly instinct, you should follow it. Doctors and the public will say what they want, and depending on who you ask you can get a bad opinion from someone on everything. If it was up to the general public, magazines, and "The Doctors" you wouldn't be able to eat anything and we would all be fed through tubes, digesting a little scientifically nutritious meal with no taste. Go ahead and give your infant honey, milk, and anything else you as a child had eaten, if it was so bad the FDA would have a label on it saying; Do not give to children under twelve. Or something to that extent. I hope you and your child have a great time eating honey together, and if not, welcome to the rest of the hypocritical society.
