I am a mother of six ,I have realy bad tooth decay and my cost is 5,600, I cant afford it what should I do?

Are there any dentist in central florida that do pro bono work. I need 3 root cs, 7 crowns and several fillings. I have worked full time since I was 15 years old and raising six children I just havent had the time or money to take care of myself. I work as a banquet coordinator in a hotel and have to deal with guest in a proffesional setting every day and I could use some help with my confidence as wall as getting a higher pay
