How bad was this :( ?

ok so when i was 11-12 years old (im a guy) my sister of the same age and our friend of the same age (a girl) created a exploration group. it started out as just discussion and stuff, but then we got curious and started showing each other our parts. then i guess i became too comfortable with the atmosphere, and started touching my sister and friends . this happened for a few months. they told me to stop, but i didnt take it seriously. i know they didnt like it, but they really didnt enforce? im not sure. we stopped the group after a few months. now im 17 and feel terrible. i regret ever becoming a part of that group. i cant stop thinking about being a perv to my friend and sis. how bad was this? was it bad as ? cause i kept being a perv when they told me to stop...can someone tell me how bad this was? please answer. thanks
