Dog won't stop using bathroom in the house!?

I thought it was only at nights. I asked a question the other day about what to do. I was told to crate him at night. I do, that's a hard adjust for us all, but we're getting us to it. Well now he's hiding and doing it during the day. This morning. I got him straight out of the crate and went and let him out, fix my kids' breakfast and let them eat before letting him back in. So he had around 20-30 mins outside. Its easier for them to eat with him out of the room, and he likes being outside, so this is the easiest way to do breakfast anyway. Well after I let him in, I cleaned up the kitchen, went to my son's room and got him some clothes out. There was poop in his room. The dog waited until he came in to poop. He knew we was all in the living room so he went to the bedroom. Yesterday we was all in the bedroom playing so did it in the living room. Ok I know to rub him nose in it or stick his nose close to it, tell him it was wrong, pop him or whatever, then put him out. -cont.-
